The monthly scope
- Two advisory conversations
- Two 90-minute one-to-one conversations each month to examine your ideas, make distinctions and decide which argument or method to develop.
- Focused research
- Research directed at the questions we agree, to test assumptions and give the argument a sound basis.
- One defined intellectual asset
- One 3–5 page asset each month, such as a thesis, position paper or framework. We agree its purpose and boundaries before developing it.
- Limited correspondence
- Correspondence between conversations is limited, with boundaries agreed before we begin. The initial term is three months.

Purpose and boundaries
Give your judgement a form people can examine.
A framework can make your methodology easier to follow. A position paper can show the reasoning behind your advice. These are ways to develop intellectual property from your experience and give prospective premium clients concrete evidence of your judgement. They can support credibility and trust; no client, revenue or exclusive ownership outcome is promised.
The Partnership is intellectual advisory. Content production, a recurring schedule of posts and audience development are excluded. Book structure and ghostwriting are separate engagements with bespoke scope.
Applications begin by email. Tell me about your business, the idea you want to develop and why an ongoing conversation would help. We confirm fit, scope, timing and payment arrangements before any engagement.
