- Complete your intake at least 48 hours before the agreed session. I spend approximately 30 minutes preparing from your answers and supporting material.
- In the session
- We spend 90 minutes on one specific challenge in a tailored conversation, identifying clear next steps. Your three burning questions help frame the conversation; we keep the work focused on that challenge.
- After the session
- This is advisory conversation only. There is no written report or ongoing support. If you need research, a profile rewrite and a written roadmap, consider the Strategy Sprint.
- Recording
- Recording is optional and only happens with your consent. Leaving the recording choice unchecked means no recording.
